KOSUN Solids control provides
Hydrocyclone separating machines including Mud desander and Mud
desilter. The main difference between them is particle size.
KOSUN LCS series desander is the second solid control equipment which
processes particles above 45μm in the drilling fluid, facilitating
better treatment effect of the next stage equipment and decreasing its
workload.
KOSUN CNQ series desilter is the third solid control equipment which processes particles above 15-44μm in the drilling fluid, facilitating better treatment effect of the next stage equipment and decreasing its workload.
Structure of KOSUN CNQ series desilter/ LCS series desander
- KOSUN CNQ series desilter / LCS series desander is a combination of cyclone desander and shale shaker of drilling fluids.
- The high chromium cast iron is used for hydrocyclone.
- The lower little shale shaker is elliptical. The vibration generator is driven by vibration motor, which makes the screen box keep a integral forward elliptical motion.
Features of KOSUN CNQ series desilter and LCS series desander
Consists of 4" or 5" hydraulic cones and manifold with convenient maintenance. The cones are made of high degree wear resiatant material which ensures a longer working life. The underflow opening controls the capacity by adjusting its size.Notes: Cones number of KOSUN CNQ series desilter is determined by capacity,common choices are 8,10,12,16,20.
